The development of AQUA( Auto billing of KSWA) system objective is to provide the solution to the problems of existing system. By using this new system, we can fully automate the entire process of the current system. Using this web application consumer can take the water connection very easily.  This application will automate all the billing procedure of KSWA in a very effective way than the conventional method. In this web application generates bill according to the unit received from the meter device. The amount will calculated only after checking consumer’s tariff, type of user, previous reading and current consumption and finally the bill amount will be send to consumer’s email id and mobile phone. This application can also send information’s about various programs of KSWA, information about increase and decrease in current charges, last date of paying the bill amount, consumers can add feedbacks. In this application there are three types of users. They are; administrator, meter reader, consumer/client.
