Admin 

The admin module efficiently handles various tasks. It manages user credentials, offers access to patient allergy data and medication history. Additionally, it enables the addition and viewing of medications and empowers doctor management through easy editing and removal.

Doctor

The module enables users to access patient information and allergy details, facilitating seamless sharing of patient reports. Additionally, it offers the capability to recommend alternative medicines and suggestions based on user preferences.

User

The user-friendly platform allows users to create accounts, input personal information and allergy details, verify medication safety, access alternative options with a doctor’s guidance, receive timely reminders, and seek further medication-related guidance.

Student

This module allows students to register and create their profiles in the system. Once registered, students can log in and access a variety of functionalities, such as receiving advice for higher education and career choices based on their academic and professional preferences. The system also sends notifications to students about new job offers, scholarships, and exam dates. Students can apply for job vacancies through the system and attend examinations to improve their skills and knowledge.

 Staff

This module provides staff with login access to the system. The staff can add exam notifications and notifications from universities to keep students informed about various academic events and opportunities.

Recruiter

This module allows recruiters to register and create their profiles in the system. Once registered, recruiters can log in and post job vacancies, view the list of candidates who have applied for each job, and add exams for interviews. This module serves as a platform for recruiters to connect with potential candidates who match the requirements for the job vacancies.

Admin

This module provides the admin with full access to the system. The admin can view and manage all profiles registered in the system, including student, recruiter, and staff profiles. The admin can also verify the genuineness of recruiters and take necessary actions in case of any fraudulent activities. Overall, the system aims to assist students in making informed decisions about their future careers by evaluating their knowledge, ability, information, and experience. The system provides a platform for recruiters to advertise job vacancies and connect with potential candidates, while also providing staff and admin functionality to manage and oversee the system’s operations

Admin 

The admin can view and approve farm and veterinary doctors in the system after registration. Admin approves the farm and doctor by verifying their license or registration certificate. The farm and doctors can use the app only after verification. Also, admin manages the vaccination details like type of vaccine and the age it should be given.

Farm Owner

Farm owners can register and manage their cattle in the app, including tracking herd status, predicting delivery dates and pregnancy ages, recording calf details, and managing vaccinations. Daily milk production is also monitored. Owners can seek veterinary advice by messaging doctors with text, images, or videos. Verified farms can sell dairy products, and payment details are accessible upon customer transactions.

Doctor

The Doctor after verification can view the farm or owners who had sent the messages. The messages can be text, image or video . Also, the Doctor can view the messages and reply to them immediately.

Customer

The customer can view the farm and their product details. They can buy the interested products by analyzing all its details and can make payment. The transactions are highly secured by sending OTP to the customer.

Admin 

This module caters to app administrators, empowering them to oversee operations effectively. Admins can approve/reject sellers, handle product listings/categories, manage user profiles/support requests, generate reports, manage payments, and implement user diet charts for a comprehensive app management experience.

Seller

This module is designed for sellers who will be offering menstrual products through the JANANI mobile app. Sellers can create an account, add and remove products, set prices and offers, and manage order history and shipping addresses. The module also includes features like adding product descriptions and images, answering user questions, and adding bank account details for payments.

User

This module is designed for users who will be using the JANANI mobile app to purchase menstrual products. Users can create an account, login, and verify their phone number through OTP. Once registered, users can browse and search for products, add them to their cart, and purchase them using various payment options. The module also includes features like product tracking, wish lists, diet charts, and user support.

HR

The HR module acts as admin. HR will now be able to register, add staff personal and bank account details, and do the necessary tasks such as managing expenses (accept or reject).

Staff

The staff can have access to change their password and add expenses with other essential details of the process. They will also be able to view status and notifications from time to time.

Finance

This module can manage the expense bill which is accepted by HR. They can also see the total expense of staff.

Admin 

The hospital admin will be responsible for adding patients, doctors, reports and the like, to the database. They would manage the website for the patients and doctors alike. Admin’s functions would enable the users to view, edit, and delete the details when needed. They would also be responsible for adding lab test details and results onto the website.

Doctors

The doctors will be able to login and view their appointments. They will be responsible for adding details on any kind of prescription to the website. Doctors could also access the patient’s history including the treatment and lab reports from the required time. The doctors would also be able to view the reports and even search the patients in need. 

Patients

The users who are the patients will have to register online to be able to perform a few functions on the website. Patients will be able to search doctors and make appointments of their choice. Online OP tickets could also be taken online using the website. Patients will also be able to view their results, medical history, and reports. 

Admin 

The admin’s role encompasses managing the website and its users. This involves granting access to owners, handling orders, and overseeing product and order views.

Owner

The owner will have to register on the website . Only after the admin accepts the registration,  can  add  details about the plants  for the online sale. They can view the orders, ship them, close and even view the activities.

User

The registered users must complete the registration, after which they can view items based on location, order items, details and view order and status.  

Admin

Student

This module caters to students, the primary users of iSports. They can effortlessly access various features, such as login, registration, program viewing, program application, result checking, adding group members, and logging out.
